(Windsor, WI) – Diesel Forward® has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Southwest Diesel and Electrical Corporation. The closed date was Friday, January 10, 2020. Both companies distribute diesel engine parts for leading global manufacturers such as Alliant Power®, BorgWarner®, Bosch®, Cummins®, Delphi®, Denso®, Garrett®, Holset®, Mann + Hummel®, Parker Racor®, Stanadyne®, and Yanmar® into the aftermarket. This acquisition will strengthen Diesel Forward’s presence in the Western Region.

Southwest Diesel and Electrical Corporation, located in Phoenix, AZ is an authorized distributor and repair facility for many of the world’s top fuel system manufacturers under a 11,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Southwest Diesel specializes in the sales and service of diesel and electrical products. Their knowledgeable sales staff can answer questions and provide solutions to injector and pump needs. The company offers an on-site fuel injection shop for remanufacturing and calibration of components, utilizing state-of-the-art test equipment. The fuel injection shop is a Bosch authorized facility in Arizona.
